A tape that fights back, and a debrief that keeps score

Get dealt a session blind and trade it tick by tick: live Level 2, honest fills with slippage and queue position, hotkeys, then a graded debrief on every decision. Scenario drills are live for members today; the historical replay library, trading the real days our base rates are measured on, is in build.

What it does
  • Live today: six scenario archetypes dealt blind, such as gap-and-go, failed breakout, VWAP reclaim and the rest, on an execution model that punishes sloppiness
  • Fills are honest: market orders walk the book, limits queue behind displayed size, slippage is shown, not hidden
  • The debrief grades discipline, such as revenge entries, oversizing, holding losers past 2R, trade by trade, with MFE/MAE
  • In build: replay of real historical sessions with the tape, book, halt codes and reopening auctions as they printed

Blind is where the learning is

Every drill deals you the tape with the archetype hidden. You get price, the book and the clock, nothing else, so you have to identify the shape live rather than pattern-matching a chart you half-remember. The scenario is revealed at the debrief, next to what you did about it.

The execution model does not flatter you

Market orders walk the visible book and pay the slippage. Limit orders rest behind the size that was already displayed and wait their turn. Thin books give partial fills and say so. If a practice ground fills you instantly at the touch, it is teaching you a market that does not exist.

In build: real days, not simulations of them

The replay engine will play back recorded market data: every print, every quote update, every halt and reopening cross, in the order they happened, including the episode set behind our published base rates, so you can trade the sessions the numbers were measured on. It ships to members when it survives our own scrutiny, and it is labelled 'in build' until then.

The debrief is the product

Trading it is the easy part. The debrief compares what you did against the plan you wrote before starting: entry quality, how much of the available move you captured, whether you sized to your stated risk unit, and whether you took a trade the shape never offered.

The founding cohort is 1,000 seats.

We admit 1,000 traders at a time because that is the largest number whose feedback on radar accuracy we can actually work through before opening the next batch. Applications are admitted in order; the intake asks what you trade, and answering it moves you up.

No card at application. Founding price locked for the life of your account. The full intake asks what you trade and moves you up the queue.
