What it does
  • Drag, split and tab any panel; the layout persists across sessions
  • Halt codes (T1, T12, LUDP) surfaced inline, not buried in a feed
  • Every row carries its catalyst and the source that published it
  • Filter by float, RVOL, gap, price band, sector and session

Level 2 is an Elite entitlement

Level 1, which covers last, bid/ask, size, volume and halt state, is included from the Trader tier. Full Nasdaq TotalView depth of book, including the reopening auction, sits on Elite because it is a real exchange passthrough cost and most traders do not need it to run the six archetypes.

Halts are first-class objects

A halt is not a gap in the chart. It is an event with a code, a duration, a quotation period and a cross print, and all four are on screen. On sub-2M floats the median time from first halt to session high is four minutes, so the reopen is not a footnote.

The catalyst travels with the row

Every mover carries the headline that explains it and the source that published it, so you are never looking at a symbol wondering why. Where nothing explains the move, it says so, which is itself the most useful thing the row can tell you.

The founding cohort is 1,000 seats.

We admit 1,000 traders at a time because that is the largest number whose feedback on radar accuracy we can actually work through before opening the next batch. Applications are admitted in order; the intake asks what you trade, and answering it moves you up.

No card at application. Founding price locked for the life of your account. The full intake asks what you trade and moves you up the queue.
