Is this a squeeze, or is somebody running a room?
Public posts from Reddit, X, StockTwits and public Telegram and Discord channels, clustered by wording and traced against EDGAR. It tells you whether a story has a filing behind it, or 41% copied text and a funnel link.
- Posts in the last 15 minutes are 24× normal for this time of day, against a matched peer set.
- 38% of posts fall into 3 clusters with near-identical wording once quotes and boilerplate are stripped.
- 14% of posts carry the same Telegram invite, from 11 different accounts inside 30 minutes.
- No issuer release, 6-K or exchange notice found in the prior 24 hours.
- Price started moving 11 minutes after the first burst of posting: chatter led the tape.
Chatter led the tape by 11 minutes and died 6 minutes after the high. That is the shape of a manufactured move, not a squeeze.
- Near-duplicate clustering after quotes and boilerplate are stripped
- Author age, follower concentration and repeated invite links
- Whether chatter led the tape, and by how many minutes
- Coverage gaps are displayed, never hidden, so you can judge the sample
Descriptive, never accusatory
Nothing here identifies fraud, manipulation or intent. It describes the shape of posting around a move. A name can carry every marker and still go up, and genuine excitement produces duplicate wording too. These are measures of a crowd, not claims about people.
Absence is a result
The most valuable output is often a negative: no 8-K, no 6-K, no exchange notice in the prior 24 hours. That only counts if the search actually ran, so the board shows what it searched and when. "No filing found" and "we did not check" never render the same.
Public sources only
We read public posts within each platform's terms. No private rooms, no authenticated feeds, no scraping behind a paywall. A promotion run entirely inside a paid Discord is invisible to us, and the coverage panel says so rather than letting a low score imply innocence.
