The session map: 04:00 to 20:00

Each window rewards a different behaviour. Most avoidable losses come from running the wrong one in the wrong window.

The trading day is not uniform. Liquidity, spread, halt probability and the kind of participant on the other side all change through it, and the setups that work in one window are actively bad in another.

WindowCharacterWhat it is for
04:00 to 09:30Thin, wide spreads, headline-drivenDeciding. Build the list, read the filings, set the levels. Not sizing.
09:30 to 10:30Maximum volume and volatility, most haltsExecuting decisions made earlier. Gap-and-go, first pullback, squeeze.
10:30 to 12:00Volume decays, ranges tighten, false breaks riseSecond-chance setups: VWAP reclaim, failed-breakout shorts.
12:00 to 15:00Lowest liquidity of the regular sessionDoing less. Where overtrading and revenge trading concentrate.
15:00 to 16:00Volume returns, closing imbalances buildTrend continuation and closing-auction positioning.
16:00 to 20:00Earnings, 8-Ks, offerings priced after the bellReviewing, logging, and reading tomorrow's structure.

The Today board exists to make this concrete: it lays the session out as a checklist with each item attached to the board that answers it, so the decisions happen in the window built for deciding and the execution window is only execution.

The founding cohort is 1,000 seats.

We admit 1,000 traders at a time because that is the largest number whose feedback on radar accuracy we can actually work through before opening the next batch. Applications are admitted in order; the intake asks what you trade, and answering it moves you up.

No card at application. Founding price locked for the life of your account. The full intake asks what you trade and moves you up the queue.
