Everyone watches the high of day. That's the opportunity and the trap.
A new session high is the most-watched event on a momentum name: the cleanest continuation trigger there is, and precisely because everyone sees it, the most manufactured fakeout. A HOD scanner earns its place by qualifying breaks, not just listing them.
Qualify the break, not the tick
Three qualifications separate a break from a poke. Volume: the break window should expand against the prior five minutes. A high taken on shrinking volume is an invitation to the fade. Stretch: distance from VWAP is the honest "how late am I?" gauge, printed on the row rather than filtered, because your playbook's tolerance is yours. History: the count of prior tests this session. A third clean test behaves differently from a first, and both differently from a level that's been poked and rejected twice.
The clock and the halt state change everything
A HOD break at 9:33 is opening rotation noise; at 10:45 it's information; at 12:30 on lunch tape, 2× the prior five minutes can still be nothing. And a halted name reopening through its high is not a breakout at all. It's a reopen trade with its own rules and its own risk. The scanner shows the clock context and the halt state so the same alert never means two different things silently.

The founding cohort is 1,000 seats.
We admit 1,000 traders at a time because that is the largest number whose feedback on radar accuracy we can actually work through before opening the next batch. Applications are admitted in order; the intake asks what you trade, and answering it moves you up.
No card at application. Founding price locked for the life of your account. The full intake asks what you trade and moves you up the queue.
Admitted in order of application · momentum traders who complete the intake go first · founding price locked for the life of your account
